By decision dated 1 November 2023, the Lüneburg State Trade Inspectorate (Staatliches Gewerbeaufsichtsamt Lüneburg) has granted a permit to the Hanseatic Energy Hub GmbH company, Am Sandtorkai 48, 20457 Hamburg, for the construction and operation of an LNG terminal with a storage capacity of 250,000 tons of liquefied natural gas (LNG) at the planned plant location at 21683 Stade, Johann-Rathje-Köser-Strasse 8.
The decision, as well as the enacting part of the notice and its instructions on legal remedies, will be publicly announced in the issue of the Lower Saxony Ministerial Gazette to be published on Wednesday, 1 November 2023.
The complete notice and the application documents can be viewed at the Lüneburg State Trade Inspectorate and at the Hanseatic City of Stade from 2 November 2023 up to and including 16 November 2023.

It is pointed out that the notice is deemed to have been issued at the end of the inspection period, even to third parties who have not raised any objections.
